Based on the marking guide, Nakiyingi Christine’s essay received the highest score and is therefore the winner of the entire competition!
Congratulations to all the winners and runner ups! And congratulations to everyone who participated in the competition – writing an essay is no small feat!
Each participant will receive a certificate recognizing the effort they have put into their essays. The other prizes consist of backpacks, t-shirts, school supplies and cash prizes.
Soon, we will also interview the winners from the contest and hear what they wrote about in their essays, what they have learned during their writing and about how they experienced their participation in the competition.
